These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Madz Travel website at madztravel.ca and the travel-advisory services we provide. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
About Us
Madz Travel is an independent, TICO-certified travel practice based in Whitby, Ontario, affiliated with TravelOnly. All travel bookings are made and financially protected under TravelOnly's TICO registration.
Travel Bookings
We act as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators and others). Your travel arrangements are also subject to the terms and conditions of those suppliers, including their booking, change, cancellation and refund policies. Prices, availability and promotions are subject to change until a booking is confirmed and paid.
Payments, Changes & Cancellations
- Deposits and final payments are due by the dates we communicate to you; missed deadlines may result in cancellation by the supplier.
- Changes and cancellations are governed by each supplier's policies and may incur fees.
- We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes, medical events and disruptions.
Travel Documents & Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring you hold valid passports, visas, and any required health documentation, and for meeting the entry requirements of your destinations. We are happy to advise, but final responsibility rests with the traveller.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Madz Travel is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions or defaults of third-party suppliers, or for events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, strikes, or schedule changes. Our services are provided on a reasonable-efforts basis.

Website content is provided for general information only and may change without notice. You agree not to misuse the website or attempt to disrupt its operation. The AI chat assistant provides general guidance and is not a substitute for a confirmed booking or personalized advice from Madz.
